Ordering: Individual orders should be made on-line via our website.  For assistance please email us at CustomerService@Dancer.NYC.

Wholesale and Not-for-Profit 501(C)3 accounts are available.  Please email us at CustomerService@Dancer.NYC for individual pricing arrangements. Dancer.NYC may be available for trunk shows at your studio, performance venue or boutique.  A portion of event proceeds are donated to the host organization. We also have unique fundraising plans for dance schools, companies and not-for-profit organizations.   If you are interested, please email us at CustomerService@Dancer.NYC.

Special orders are available from Dancer.NYC.  Many items are available for recitals and performances in large quantities both in matching and coordinating designs. We may have additional items not listed on our website.

Sales Tax: New York State sales tax will be charged to all NY state residents. 

Cancellation Policy: To cancel an order, you must email or contact us so that the processing can be stopped. If the order has been shipped, you may refuse the delivery of the shipment. You will still be accountable for a 10% restocking fee and shipment fee. 

Disclaimer: Dancer.NYC tries to be as accurate in the descriptions, pictures and pricing of our products. However, if a price for a product listed is incorrect, Dancer.NYC has the right, at our sole discretion, to either honor the displayed price or cancel the order of the product with the inaccurate price. Payment: We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express credit cards. Retail stores and school purchase orders are welcome.    

Shipping Options: Dancer.NYC ships orders to all locations within the United States and Puerto Rico. Our shipping options include Standard Shipping, 3-Day Business Shipping and Next Day Business Shipping. To ensure the prompt delivery of your order, we recommend that you place your order by 2 PM EST.  

Business day refers to Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays.

Standard Shipping orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in five (5) to eight (8) business days (Monday-Friday, not including Holidays). Standard Shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico addresses.

Please make sure your address is correct. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, or because the package was unclaimed, we will not resend the package without an additional fee for reshipping the package. If Dancer.NYC makes the mistake, Dancer.NYC will resend the package at no extra cost. 

Gift Box Charge: For Gift Boxed items, each item will be individually packaged at a cost of $2.95 per box for small boxes and $4.95 per box for large boxes. Please let us know if you would like to include a message with your gift. 

Return Policy: Dancer.NYC will do its best to make sure that our customers are always satisfied with their Dancer.NYC purchases. Customized items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged unless there is a defect. 

Dancer.NYC will accept your return or exchange of non-custom unworn, unwashed, unused and defective merchandise by mail.  Items returned must be in a postage paid package labeled “RETURN”.

We will credit you for your return, accompanied by an original receipt, received within 30 days of the purchase for the price paid either in the original form of payment or as a merchandise exchange.  For gift returns that are received within 30 days of the transaction date, you will receive a Gift Certificate for the amount paid by the sender.  Returns accompanied by an original receipt, made more than 30 days after the purchase, will be credited for the item’s current selling price either in the form of a merchandise credit or as a merchandise exchange.Freight will not be refunded unless item is returned due to a defect.Returns without an original receipt will be credited for the item’s current selling price on the day of the return, in the form of a merchandise credit.  Merchandise that is Final Sale may not be returned or exchanged.When merchandise is exchanged, freight will be charged for the new shipment unless item was returned due to a defect. 

Back orders: Items that are out of stock at the time your order is placed will be put on back order  If an item is listed as out of stock and you would to like purchase it, we suggest you do so. Back ordered items normally ship in 2-4 weeks and are shipped on a first come first served basis with our standard shipping and handling policy.  You may cancel a backorder order at any time before it ships as long as it has not been put into production.. 

Privacy Policy: Your privacy is very important to us. Accordingly, we have developed this Policy in order for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate and disclose and make use of personal information. The following outlines our privacy policy.
